RETURN POLICY
We hope you enjoy using our textiles and goods as much as we do. Although we maintain the highest standards of quality for our prints, idiosyncrasies are intrinsic – and, we think, beautiful – part of the hand-printing process. Each print is closely examined for consistency of printing and sewing before it leaves our studio. Similarly, all tableware is inspected and approved before shipping. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If something is amiss with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can put it right. In the sad event that your order is damaged in shipping, we will certainly replace it as quickly as possible.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the workshop start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours are not refundable; however, participants will receive a credit that can be applied to a future workshop. Please note that special event workshops, such as fundraisers, are non-refundable under all circumstances. This information will be clearly displayed in the event listing.
