Sales tax will be added to purchases with delivery addresses in Washington State.
We use either UPS Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail on all of our standard ground shipments. Both shipping methods provide us with tracking for your order. If you require a different method of shipping, we will happily try to accommodate you. Please contact us before you place your order, so we may adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
We are happy to ship internationally. Please contact us before you place your order, so we may get an accurate shipping cost estimate.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in the mail, we will repair or replace it for you as soon as possible. Please let us know as soon as it arrives if there are any issues with your purchase that may have been caused during shipping.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We take pride in the craftsmanship of each of our products, and we hope our customers enjoy them as much as we do. In the sad event that you are not fully satisfied, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be on the account with which you made your purchase.
We regret that we cannot refund shipping costs.
We can only accept for refund products that are in original condition: clean, unused, and packaged for shipping.
Custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.
