Chad just completed a series of 10 enormous benches for a new high rise condo here in Seattle. These gorgeous walnut benches will grace the lobby of each floor of the building, thanks to our friend Brian from Ornamo.

This batch of walnut had incredible coloring, from sunny blond to iridescent ribbons of red. They are designed to accommodate a crowd; they are wider and longer than the original Vollen Long Bench. Here they are all stacked up by the door before Chad delivered them. We can’t wait to visit them in their new home!
